- What did you like most?The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the pool.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Trying to eat in the dining room was near impossible. The main entrance doors were constantly open to in/out traffic and the freezing cold wind just blew through the dining area. As well, there was a dearth of staff in the dining room... only two at lunch on Saturday... due to either illness or just not showing up... the staff that was there did a terrific job ...but the wait was long and we were freezing. It's sports playoff season this time in Canada... and I would have thought that the hotel business would have been better prepared.
Can't wait to stay again!!
- What did you like most?Staff very nice, very clean, close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Being downtown Kingston's waterfront is beautiful!
- Was there anything you didn't like?When we arrived there was no water. Water never came back on until the next morning. They were very apologetic. These things happen and was out of their control. They compensated us with free parking, free breakfast and a complimentary night in the future. Still had a fun girls night out!!
