I’d stay again .. needs...
- What did you like most?Impressive old property with modern twist . Rooms large / great location .
- Was there anything you didn't like?1. Service levels hit and miss. Breakfast is good but expect to wait to be seated (1st morning - 10 mins standing around to be seated took 45 mins before order arrived ) - 2nd morning different staff - much more efficient - take of 2 halves . Room make up - missed - bedroom not hoovered / dusty The management of this hotel is very poor . It has massive potential but needs direction . Be careful if booking through OTA where breakfast included as hotel tries to apply a $40 credit - which contravenes what you booked and paid for on OTA . Manger is very inexperienced and has no understanding of how OTA works or basic customer respect
