Don't , never please.
- What did you like most?I made a reservation through booking. When I arrived to check inn. Staff refused to give me a room .they said although I had a reservation, they did not have rooms available. It was 2 am , it was cold and raining. I was with my son freezing outside the hotel waiting for a taxi, nowhere to go since I had already paid for this room. I have been trying for days and weeks to get a refund for the money back. Only getting silly answers from Booking agents and from Hotel. Saying they agree they should get me my money back but they don't do it.
