- What did you like most?The location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Check in 3 hours late, rude and unhelpful staff. 30 euro charge for WiFi. Money held as deposit against room charged multiple times and not returned despite no additional fees or spend. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel. Poor shower, it was a trickle. TV in room was not smart. Not enough robes or towels in the room for amount of people staying. No vanity kits in bathroom. I could go on. Very very poor.
